Introduction

These terms and conditions have been written on the basis of common sense, industry standards, fairness to all concerned and applies to all guests and visitors.

Standard Reservations:

Standard change/cancelation policy applies unless specified otherwise. Changes and cancelations to bookings up to 48 hours before the arrival date/time are without charge. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancelations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Group Booking Policy:

For bookings of three or more rooms, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirming the booking, and the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival free of charge, with any changes made within 30 days of arrival, forfeiting all monies paid.

Motel & Room Condition

We trust that you will leave your room and the area you have been using in good condition. Should this not be the case we look to you to redress the situation. We reserve the right to change a minimum fee of $75.00 for any cleaning, de-odorising rubbish removal etc. A charge of $25.00 will be made for any lost key. In the event of damage to any motel property we will charge you at market rates for the cost of repairs and/or replacement.

Peaceful Enjoyment.

We make an effort to ensure that your stay is peaceful and enjoyable. In doing this we expect that you will also ensure that others can enjoy their stay. To this end we do not allow parties or gatherings in units which could potentially result in damage to rooms, or causes disturbances to other staying guests. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property and parents are responsible for their children at all times. High noise levels & offensive behaviour are not acceptable and we expect guests and visitors to exercise restraint after 9:30pm. Anyone not behaving in this manner may be refused accommodation or asked to leave. In such circumstances, refunds will not be given.

Vehicles & Your Property

Vehicles parked on Alexander Motel premises are left at owner’s risk. For security purposes we advise you not to leave personal and valuable items in your vehicle overnight or when it is unattended.

 Overdue Accounts

All accounts are payable on or before departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees and costs on all accounts not paid by due date.
